Our customer in Keller Texas found microbial mold growth when she removed her baseboards while painting a room. This problem led us to an even bigger issue. We found that a sprinkler head was causing water to enter the home through the weep holes. We also found a gutter that was broken and was causing more water to enter the home. Once we determined the cause of the problem, we quickly began the restoration process. First, we tore our the affected wall and removed the water. Then we dried the structure and treated the mold problem. When we were finished, the structure was dry, free of mold and ready for reconstruction.
